so I went crazy and ate half a whopper some fries, some chicken fries and two pancakes with syrup and butter .. ooooooowwwwaghhh I am so full I'm going to explode!!! oh yeah and some Coke non diet

move forward. drink a lot of water. REMIND YOURSELF HOW TOMORROW IS A NEW DAY.
revisit your vision board. the picture on your blog (face on bikini).
hang in there..it definitely happens. what you need to do is just let it go, forget that it happened. just really push the water, get in some extra exercise, and it will be fine. dont let yourself feel guilty because no one is perfect and these things do happen. the key is to not dwell on them, just focus on getting back on track.

My food preferences are definitely changing. That kind of food once would have been my choice. Now, it just sounds disgusting.
